Step 1 : Go to Site http://cer.opda.cn/en/
Register yourself there And then Login into your Account
In the Top Right you will see “ APPLY CER” Click on it ..You can even Upload your Own Cer If you Have.
Step 2: Now You need to Fill These Following Blanks
Model- **For example：E71
IMEI- **
Confirm IMEI- **
Remark- **For example：John's N97
Every Thing is necessary . You will find your IMEI No. on Back of your mobile After Removing the battery.
Then Hit Submit Application. Your Form is submitted and Now it will be reviewd and you will get your Cer in 72 Hours . I got it in less than 10 hours. This is the simplest way to get your own cer.
In the MENU click on MY CERTIFICATAE to keep check on your Apllication. When it is approved you will get you Cer in MY Certificate section.
Once you get your Cer.. Now it’s Damn Easy.. Go to “Signing Softs”
-> Select the Cer
-> Select your APP you want to Sign
-> Enter a Remark. Anything – I love yOu etc..
-> Then Hit “Submit and upload”
Page will display Uploading and Few Seconds You will get your App signed and you will be able to Download it. Signed App also get stored on the site , So if you Accidently Lost your Signed App you can download it From the “ Signed Softs “ Section.
Signing softs is Now so Easy.. Remember : The App you Signed will only work with the Mobile phone of the IMEI you entered.
